What a special day today is; for many we will never forget; for some we hardly remember it. 3,000 people died that morning, and since that day many more have given their lives to bring to justice the one that masterminded it. For those of us that put our lives in harms way; that day and so many other days before and since to protect those we never knew; God be with us and protect us. Emergency Medical Services, Firefighter, Law enforcement, and Military that sacrifice so much with little recognition. We all thank you for the dedication that you have in serving. Those of us that cannot do it any longer know that feeling to help others. For all those individuals; please never forget what we learned that day. Our freedom has a cost, and many are willing to give that sacrifice. John 15:13, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” That is what it means to serve others; that’s what it means to show God’s love; that is what it means to be a Christian.
